For Immediate Release
Companhia Mineira de Naburi (“CMdN”)
The Directors of CMdN note the announcement on 9th July 2012 of Pathfinder Minerals’ latest activities in the English High Court.
As previously stated, General Veloso and DC walked away from the UK proceedings as they served no useful purpose. The latest ruling was obtained in criminal breach of an injunction from the Mozambique Court.
Action is being taken by General Veloso and Diogo Cavaco to enforce the injunction and bring proceedings against the Directors of Pathfinder Minerals for criminal breach. General Veloso, JV Consultores and Diogo Cavaco have filed an extensive legal case in Mozambique to enforce its ownership of CMdN and bring this matter to a close.

Furthermore, regardless of any other issues being discussed, Pathfinder Minerals never acquired the ownership of mining rights because it never paid for such ownership.
